  • The Aggrieved Party shall also have the right to apply to the related arbitration agency or court for specific performance or compulsory execution of provisions under this Agreement.

  • Should either of the parties hereto ("the Defaulting Party") breach any of the provisions of this Agreement, then the party not in default ("the Aggrieved Party") shall be entitled to give the defaulting party 7 (Seven) days written notice to remedy such breach.
