Aggregator Fee definition

Aggregator Fee shall have the meaning given in Section 3.3.

  • Pursuant to the REP Services Agreement between Gexa and TCAP, Gexa is obligated to pay TCAP an amount determined by multiplying a TCAP Aggregation Fee by the volume consumed in association with the ESI IDs (the "Aggregator Fee").
