  • For purposes of this Section 6.7(ii), any press release issued by, or Commission Document filed by, the Company shall constitute sufficient notice, provided that it is issued or filed, as the case may be, within the time requirements set forth in the first sentence (including the provisos thereto) of this Section 6.7(ii) for an Alternate Transaction Notice or an Aggregation Notice, as applicable.
