Aggregation Date definition

Aggregation Date means the earlier of (a) date that is fifteen (15) Business Days after the delivery of the True-Up Report by Seller to Borrower and the Investor pursuant to Section 2.2(g) of the MEPCA and (b) October 31, 2019.
Aggregation Date shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 9.3.
Aggregation Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2 hereof.

Related to Aggregation Date

  • Allocation Date means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the Business Day which is immediately prior to such Transfer Date.
