Where pricing of services provided pursuant to this Contract is a function of the distance that debris is transported from a SWMF or Vehicle and Vessel Aggregation Area, to a disposal site or recycling facility, the distance between the gate of the disposal facility or recycling facility to the location where the debris is unloaded at such facility shall be included in computing distance.
Vehicle and Vessel Aggregation Area – An area designated by VTDEC for the temporary storage Waste Transportation Permit – The Agency of Natural Resources issues five-year waste transportation permits for hauling hazardous, solid, and residual waste to or from any location in Vermont.

On the Restricted Screens, AOL shall not feature Permanent links to any Stars Aggregation Area or any portion thereof other than a Stars Aggregation Page, except as specifically provided for below in this Section.
AOL will not act in bad faith to circumvent ICP's premier status under this paragraph by selling promotions or links within the Restricted Screens that provide substantially Permanent promotion for a particular Stars Aggregation Area.

The Alternate Price, however, shall be paid for an Aggregation Area only if, with respect to such Aggregation Area, the difference between (i) the product of (a) the Initial Price and (b) the Excess Quantities for such Aggregation Area, and (ii) the product of (a) the Alternate Price and (b) the Excess Quantities for such Aggregation Area, exceeds $5,000.
If AOL exercises its rights in the preceding sentence with respect to a particular sport(s) and AOL receives cash or barter payment for permanent carriage of a third party Stars Aggregation Area within the Restricted Screens, ICP shall be entitled to a reduction in Carriage Fee on a going forward basis equal to [*] (divided equally between cash and ICP In-Kind Commitments) for each sport that AOL removes ICP's Premier Status.
