Aggregated usage data means Service Data that does not contain any Personal Data of any Authorized User, does not identify Customer or any of its Authorized Users, and may not reasonably be associated with any other data of Customer or any of its Authorized Users so as to identify them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Panopto may disclose Service Data to its service providers as Panopto reasonably determines necessary to provide and improve the Services, subject to written confidentiality obligations.
