Aggregate Tranche C Commitments definition
Aggregate Tranche C Commitments means the Tranche C Commitments of all the Tranche C Lenders; provided that in no event shall the Aggregate Tranche C Commitments exceed US$500,000,000.
Aggregate Tranche C Commitments means the Tranche C Commitments of all the Tranche C Lenders.
Aggregate Tranche C Commitments means, at any time, the combined Tranche C Commitments of all Tranche C Lenders, all as more particularly set forth on Schedule 1.1 hereof, as the same may be amended upon the joinder hereto of Tranche C Lenders.
