Aggregate Servicing Fee means the aggregate of the Receivables Servicer Servicing Fees and the Servicing Fee payable to the Servicer and the Receivables Servicers on each Payment Date, which is equal to the product of 1/12th of 1.02% and the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables as of the first day of the related Collection Period.
