Aggregate Reservation Fee definition

Aggregate Reservation Fee means for each Year or portion thereof, an amount equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) of Aggregate Gross Room Revenues.

Examples of Aggregate Reservation Fee in a sentence

  • Payment of the Aggregate Deductions, excluding the Aggregate Base Management Fee, the Aggregate Reservation Fee and the Aggregate System Fee, shall be made in the ordinary course of business.

  • If any installment of the Aggregate Base Management Fee, the Aggregate Reservation Fee, the Aggregate System Fee or the Aggregate Owner Priority is not paid when due, it shall accrue interest at the Interest Rate.

  • LCRA shall charge SAWS the Aggregate Reservation Fee and the Aggregate Committed Purchase Fee (which, together with the Initial Payment, shall be referred to as the “Implementation Period Fees”) to account for the Capital Costs in the manner described in Article V by the use of the books and records (including a SAWS Credit Account and a Region K Credit Account) for each Component Project and a master set of books and records for all Component Projects.

  • SAWS shall pay an Aggregate Reservation Fee every year for which it maintains a Reserved Quantity.

  • SAWS shall be released from paying Aggregate Purchase Fees for any water that is not available to SAWS while a Force Majeure event prevents reservation or delivery of the water, however, SAWS shall pay the Aggregate Reservation Fee for the affected water for the duration of the Force Majeure event unless SAWS releases such water pursuant to the following sentence.

  • Arrangements between Federal and State Government Subject to any provisions of federal or state law, arrangements may be made between the Federal government and a State government for the performance of any functions by the authorities of the one on behalf of the authorities of the other and such arrangements may provide for the making of payments in respect of any costs incurred under the arrangements.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Applicable Facility Fee means the percentage set forth in the table below corresponding to the Level at which the “Applicable Margin” is determined in accordance with the definition thereof: Level Facility Fee 2 0.125% 3 0.150% 4 0.200% 5 0.250%

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $30,000,000.

  • Monitoring Fee means the fees payable to the Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(b) below.

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Reserve Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).

  • Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.

  • Professional Fee Reserve Amount means the total amount of Professional Fee Claims estimated in accordance with Article II.A.2(c) of the Plan.

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Handling Fee means the fee payable per Ticket transaction or order, charged in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket, for the processing and delivery of Tickets in that transaction or order (including United Kingdom value added tax thereon);

  • Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.

  • Non-Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Amendment Fee means any fee offered, paid or payable to any Lender Party by the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower (whether directly or through the Administrative Agent or any other Person) in consideration for any waiver of, or agreement to amend or modify any provision of, any of the Financing Documents.

  • Overcollateralization Increase Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the Overcollateralization Deficiency Amount as of such Distribution Date and (b) the Net Monthly Excess Cashflow for such Distribution Date.
