Aggregate Principal Distributable Amount definition
Aggregate Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Priority Principal Distributable Amount and the Regular Principal Distributable Amount.
Aggregate Principal Distributable Amount means the sum of the Class A Undercollateralization Amount, the Class B Undercollateralization Amount, the Class C Undercollateralization Amount, the Class D Undercollateralization Amount and the Overcollateralization Distributable Amount.
Aggregate Principal Distributable Amount shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
