Aggregate Prepayment definition

Aggregate Prepayment. As defined in Section 1.3(a).

Examples of Aggregate Prepayment in a sentence

  • The amount of Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfalls allocated to a Class of Certificates pursuant to the preceding sentence shall reduce the Distributable Certificate Interest for such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • On each Distribution Date, any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfalls in REMIC II shall be allocated among the REMIC II Regular Interests, pro rata in proportion to the Accrued Certificate Interest for each such REMIC II Regular Interest for such Distribution Date and shall reduce Distributable Certificate Interest for each such Interest.

  • On each Distribution Date, the portion of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date allocable to any Principal Prepayment of any Mortgage Loan during the related Collection Period shall be allocated to the Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest to reduce the Distributable Interest for such REMIC I Regular Interest in accordance with the definition of “Distributable Interest”.

  • On each Distribution Date, the amount of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date shall be allocated among the respective REMIC II Regular Interests, pro rata in proportion to the Accrued Interest for each REMIC II Regular Interest for such Distribution Date and shall reduce Distributable Interest for each REMIC II Regular Interest in accordance with the definition of “Distributable Interest”.

  • On each Distribution Date, the amount of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfalls on the REMIC III Regular Interests shall be allocated to each Class of Certificates, pro rata, in proportion to the amount of Accrued Certificate Interest payable to such Class of Certificates on such Distribution Date, in each case reducing interest otherwise payable thereon.

  • On each Distribution Date, the amount of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date allocated to the Class A-S REMIC III Regular Interest shall be allocated between the Class A-S Certificates and the Class PST Component A-S, pro rata, based on the Class A-S Percentage Interest and the Class A-S-PST Percentage Interest, respectively, in the Class A-S REMIC III Regular Interest.

  • On each Distribution Date, the amount of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date allocated to the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest shall be allocated between the Class C Certificates and the Class PST Component C, pro rata, based on the Class C Percentage Interest and the Class C-PST Percentage Interest, respectively, in the Class C REMIC III Regular Interest.

  • On each Distribution Date, the amount of any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall for such Distribution Date allocated to the Class B REMIC III Regular Interest shall be allocated between the Class B Certificates and the Class PST Component B, pro rata, based on the Class B Percentage Interest and the Class B-PST Percentage Interest, respectively, in the Class B REMIC III Regular Interest.

  • On each Distribution Date, any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfalls in REMIC I shall be allocated among the REMIC I Regular Interests, pro rata in proportion to the Accrued Certificate Interest for each such REMIC I Regular Interest for such Distribution Date and shall reduce Distributable Certificate Interest for each such Interest.

  • On each Distribution Date, any Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfalls in REMIC I, shall be allocated among the REMIC I Regular Interests, pro rata in proportion to the Accrued Certificate Interest for each such REMIC I Regular Interest for such Distribution Date and shall reduce Distributable Certificate Interest for each such Interest.

  • Subordinate Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, 100% minus the Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • Optional Prepayment means prepayment prior to the Maturity Date of the Notes at the option of the Company in whole or in part other than a Special Event Prepayment.

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.
