Aggregate Holding definition

Aggregate Holding means as at the relevant time of the determination, the aggregate number of Shares held by the Seller, such persons permitted to hold Shares pursuant to Clause 17.2, the Purchaser and such Persons permitted to hold Shares pursuant to Clause 17.3.
Aggregate Holding means the total holding including through “acquisition” and the shares held by the applicant, his relatives, associate enterprises and persons acting in concert with him.

More Definitions of Aggregate Holding

Aggregate Holding means the aggregate holding of Notes by all Consenting Noteholders from time to time.

  • Intermediate Holdings shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Consolidated Total Funded Debt means, as of the date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all Funded Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such date, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
