  • Except as earlier permitted by or pursuant to the Plan or by resolution of the Committee adopted after the date hereof, the Option may be exercised from time to time and for the number of shares as follows: 50% of the Aggregate Grant on the first anniversary of the Award Date and 50% on the second anniversary of the Award Date.
