Aggregate Gain definition

Aggregate Gain means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of all Gains during such period.
Aggregate Gain means the total value received by the Recipient under this RSU Award, calculated as the closing price of one Share of Common Stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on the date or dates of each issuance of Shares hereunder, multiplied by the number of Shares issued on such date(s), without regard to any subsequent market price decrease or increase.

  • Section 4.1 In the event that the Recipient materially breaches the provisions of Article II (Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation), or Article III (Proprietary Information) hereof, the Recipient shall pay to the Company, by way of liquidated damages, an amount (in cash or Shares) equal to the Aggregate Gain under this RSU Award.
