Aggregate Funding Limit definition

Aggregate Funding Limit means, as of any date of determination with respect to any Transaction or proposed Transaction, (x) the sum of the applicable Individual Funding Limits for each of the Buyers as of such date of determination plus (y) the sum of the Individual Committed Limits for each Buyer (if any) that is a Reducing Buyer as of such date of determination. “Anti-Corruption Laws” means the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Bribery Act of 2010, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and all other laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to Seller or any of its Subsidiaries concerning or relating to bribery or corruption. “Anti-Money Laundering Laws” means any Laws of the United States, the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the Netherlands relating to terrorism financing or money laundering, including the Money Laundering Control Act of 1986, the Bank Secrecy Act, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq.), the Trading With the Enemy Act (22 U.S.C. § 5 et seq.), the International Security Development and Cooperation Act (22 U.S.C. § 2349aa-9 et seq.), the Executive Order No. 13224 on Terrorist Financing, effective September 24, 2001, the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (aka, the Patriot Act), any rules or regulations promulgated pursuant to or under the authority of any of the foregoing, and
Aggregate Funding Limit means, at any time, the sum of the Funding Limits then in effect.
