Aggregate Contracts definition

Aggregate Contracts means all of the Bulk Contracts, Choice Contacts, and Exclusive Contracts, Consumer Service Agreements, Other Contracts and Supplier Contracts and any other agreements with suppliers of satellite, cable, or other service that Borrower resells as part of its business and rights, title, and interest in and payments under any of the foregoing.

  • On each date on which the Aggregate Contracts Balance or the Borrowing Base is required to be calculated hereunder, the eligibility of each of the Contracts shall be re-determined as of such calculation date and, as a consequence thereof, Contracts having Contract Payments that were Eligible Contract Payments on a prior calculation date may be excluded from the Aggregate Contracts Balance or the Borrowing Base (as the case may be) on the date of calculation.
