Aggregate Contingent Consideration definition

Aggregate Contingent Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12 hereof.
Aggregate Contingent Consideration means an amount equal to difference of (A) the quotient of (x) $132,000,000 (y) divided by the Twelve Month Price less (B) 11,000,000.
Aggregate Contingent Consideration means $110,000,000.
