Aggregate Commissions definition

Aggregate Commissions shall have the meaning set forth in Annex A hereto.
Aggregate Commissions means the sum of the Sales Commissions.

  • The Commissions and Marketing Supplements shall collectively be referred to herein as "Aggregate Commissions." System Operator agrees that the Marketing Supplement will be applied by System Operator throughout the Term of the Agreement toward the marketing of the Commissionable Programming Packages to MDU Properties.

  • The relative benefits received by SCI on the one hand and JPMorgan on the other hand shall be deemed to be in the same respective proportions as Aggregate Distribution Price, in the case of SCI, and the Aggregate Commissions in the case of JPMorgan.
