Aggregate Benefits definition

Aggregate Benefits means aggregate retirement benefits payable to Members in a Plan Year under the RPP and the SRA including any SRA alternative pursuant to 9.03 (f) of the SRA.   • The amount of any such reduction will be determined in the reasonable discretion of the Company and/or the Accountants; provided, however, that the Executive shall be entitled to determine which portion(s) of the Aggregate Benefits are to be reduced.
