Aggregate Benefits definition

Aggregate Benefits means aggregate retirement benefits payable to Members in a Plan Year under the RPP and the SRA including any SRA alternative pursuant to 9.03 (f) of the SRA. Examples of Aggregate Benefits in a sentence

  • To the extent any reduction in Aggregate Benefits is required by this Section, the Aggregate Benefits shall be reduced or eliminated in accordance with the Executive’s instructions provided Valley has no reasonable objection thereto, and all reductions or eliminations shall be based on the value of the Aggregate Benefits established for purposes of the determination required under this Section.
