Aggregate bag limit definition

Aggregate bag limit means a condition of taking in which two or more usually similar species may be bagged (reduced to possession) by the member or duly authorized non-member in predetermined or unpredetermined quantities to satisfy a maximum take limit.

  • Aggregate Cap means (x) with respect to any four fiscal quarter period through and including the four fiscal quarter period ended after the consummation of the Empire Acquisition, 20% and (y) thereafter, 15%, in each case, of Consolidated EBITDA for the relevant Test Period (calculated prior to giving effect to any add-backs subject to the Aggregate Cap).

  • Aggregate Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts of all Series of Certificates issued and outstanding on such date of determination.

  • Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts at any time shall equal the sum of the Maximum Credit Amounts, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to Section 2.06.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.

  • Aggregate Limit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.
