Aggregate Average Deposit Balance definition

Aggregate Average Deposit Balance means, as determined annually on the anniversary of the Closing Date ("Calculation Date"), the sum of the average aggregate monthly balance of the demand deposit account, concentration account and investment accounts for the twelve months immediately prior to the Calculation Date, divided by twelve.
Aggregate Average Deposit Balance means, as determined annually on the date of closing (“Calculation Date”), the sum of the average aggregate monthly balance of all Accounts for the twelve months immediately prior to the Calculation Date, divided by twelve.
