Aggregate Assets Value definition

Aggregate Assets Value means the aggregate book value of the assets of the Partnership (other than investments in bank accounts, money market funds and other current assets) at the time of measurement before deducting depreciation, bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves and without reduction for any debt secured by or relating to such assets; provided, however, that during such periods in which the Partnership is obtaining independent estimated Unit valuations pursuant to Section 15.2(f), “Aggregate Assets Value” will equal the greater of (i) the amount determined pursuant to the foregoing or (ii) the aggregate valuation of such assets established by or in connection with the most recent such valuation report without reduction for depreciation, bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves and without reduction for any debt secured by or relating to such assets.

Examples of Aggregate Assets Value in a sentence

  • The Company shall pay the Advisor a monthly Asset Management Fee on the 15th day of each month in an amount equal to 1/12th of 0.5% of Aggregate Assets Value as of the last day of the preceding month.
