Aggregate Applicable Tranche Commitments definition
Aggregate Applicable Tranche Commitments means, with respect to an Applicable Tranche, the Applicable Tranche Commitments of all Banks in such Applicable Tranche, as the same may be increased or reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Aggregate Applicable Tranche Commitments for each Applicable Tranche as of the Closing Date are as set forth on Schedule 1.1.
