Except as expressly set forth under Section 4.a, this Agreement does not grant Customer any intellectual property license or rights in or to the Headset Services or any of its components or any of the Licensed Data, Aggregate/Anonymous Data, or Data Derivatives.
Customer recognizes that the Headset Services and its components, Licensed Data, Aggregate/Anonymous Data, and Data Derivatives, Third Party Products are protected by copyright and other laws.
Headset retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Headset Services, including without limitation all software used to provide the Headset Services and all graphics, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks underlying, embodied in, and/or made available through the Headset Services, Licensed Data, Aggregate/Anonymous Data, and Data Derivatives.
The Customer is not responsible for the Supplier’s use of Aggregate/Anonymous Data.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, such Aggregate/Anonymous Data will be deemed Arctic Wolf Technology, which Arctic Wolf may use for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement, including without limitation to develop and improve the Solutions and to create and distribute reports and other materials.
The Supplier may use the Aggregate/Anonymous Data for any business purpose during or after the Term of this Agreement (including without limitation to develop and improve the Supplier’s other products and services and create and distribute reports and other materials).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties agree that Aggregate/Anonymous Data is Unyte-iLs Technology, which Unyte-iLs may use for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement (including without limitation to develop and improve Unyte-iLs’ products and services and to create and distribute reports and other materials).
Podium shall have the right to use Aggregate/Anonymous Data for product improvement, industry reports, sales material, and similar business uses.
Customer is not responsible for the Supplier’s use of Aggregate/Anonymous Data.
COYERO owns all Aggregate/Anonymous Data and may use Aggregate/Anonymous Data for its marketing, reporting and other lawful business purposes.
