Aggregate/Anonymous Data definition

Aggregate/Anonymous Data means: (i) data generated by aggregating Your Data with other data so that the results are non-personally identifiable with respect to You or your customers; and (ii) anonymous learning, logs, and data regarding the use of the Services.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data means data or information generated by aggregating data (including User Data) so that results are non-personally identifiable with respect to the iDeaL User, School Users or its Registered Users.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data means where all Personal Data has been removed from a data set in a manner that the data could no longer be used or manipulated in a way that could identify an individual;

Examples of Aggregate/Anonymous Data in a sentence

  • Except as expressly set forth under Section 4.a, this Agreement does not grant Customer any intellectual property license or rights in or to the Headset Services or any of its components or any of the Licensed Data, Aggregate/Anonymous Data, or Data Derivatives.

  • Customer recognizes that the Headset Services and its components, Licensed Data, Aggregate/Anonymous Data, and Data Derivatives, Third Party Products are protected by copyright and other laws.

  • Headset retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Headset Services, including without limitation all software used to provide the Headset Services and all graphics, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks underlying, embodied in, and/or made available through the Headset Services, Licensed Data, Aggregate/Anonymous Data, and Data Derivatives.

  • The Customer is not responsible for the Supplier’s use of Aggregate/Anonymous Data.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, such Aggregate/Anonymous Data will be deemed Arctic Wolf Technology, which Arctic Wolf may use for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement, including without limitation to develop and improve the Solutions and to create and distribute reports and other materials.

  • The Supplier may use the Aggregate/Anonymous Data for any business purpose during or after the Term of this Agreement (including without limitation to develop and improve the Supplier’s other products and services and create and distribute reports and other materials).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties agree that Aggregate/Anonymous Data is Unyte-iLs Technology, which Unyte-iLs may use for any business purpose during or after the term of this Agreement (including without limitation to develop and improve Unyte-iLs’ products and services and to create and distribute reports and other materials).

  • Podium shall have the right to use Aggregate/Anonymous Data for product improvement, industry reports, sales material, and similar business uses.

  • Customer is not responsible for the Supplier’s use of Aggregate/Anonymous Data.

  • COYERO owns all Aggregate/Anonymous Data and may use Aggregate/Anonymous Data for its marketing, reporting and other lawful business purposes.


More Definitions of Aggregate/Anonymous Data

Aggregate/Anonymous Data means data that is not Confidential Information and is either aggregated or otherwise anonymized so that results are non-personally identifiable. Subject to the foregoing, Aggregated/Anonymous Data may include, without limitation, data that is based on Customer Data.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data means data or information generated by aggregating data (including Student Data) so that results are non-personally identifiable with respect to the iDeaL User.
Aggregate/Anonymous Data means: (i) data generated by aggregating Client data with other data so that results are non- personally identifiable, and (ii) learnings, logs and data obtained by Coalfire in connection with its provision of the Software. You agree that Coalfire may generate Aggregate/Anonymous Data, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties agree that Coalfire may use Aggregate/Anonymous Data derived from Client’s use of the Software (in a de-identified manner), including indicators of compromise, malware, anomalies, or other information that may be found as part of, or related to the performance of the Software for the purposes of gathering and compiling security event log data to look at trends and real or potential security threats, improving and developing Coalfire’s products and services, preparing and distributing statistical reports related to security trends and data patterns, internal research, and for providing general cybersecurity related services.

Related to Aggregate/Anonymous Data

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Applicable Data Privacy Laws means applicable data protection, privacy, breach notification, or data security laws or regulations. “Data Controller” means a Party that alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data (as that term or similar variants may otherwise by defined in Applicable Data Privacy Laws). “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person or as that term or similar variants may otherwise be defined in Applicable Data Privacy Laws. Personal Data includes (i) relationship data about individuals provided by one Party to the other to manage the relationship between the Parties, and (ii) personally identifiable usage data made available by the User to Honeywell in relation to the use of the Software for the purposes of providing, improving, or developing Honeywell products and services.
