Agent’s Representative means the person(s) so identified in Schedule C to this Agreement, and includes any person(s) for the time being acting in the place of such a person. Agreement means this Agreement between the Principal and the Agent for the supply of Services by the Agent and includes the schedules attached hereto. Business Day means any day, except a Saturday, Sunday or a Gazetted public holiday in Perth, Western Australia.
