Agent payment services definition
Agent payment services means the provision of payment services to customers by an agent on behalf of a Payment Service Provider as prescribed in this Regulation.

Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.
payment service means any business activity set out in Annex I;
Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.
payment service provider means a Person providing a Payment Service;
Agent Payment Account means account no. 5000000030266 of Agent at Wachovia Bank, National Association, or such other account of Agent as Agent may from time to time designate to Administrative Borrower as the Agent Payment Account for purposes of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.
