  • Agent IP information is required so the Dialer can determine which IP address to dial when the relevant agent logs on.

  • If Ambrx holds any rights, title, or interests in any BeiGene Agent IP, BeiGene Technology Platform IP or Compound IP, then Ambrx hereby does and agrees to assign any and all right, title in interest to any BeiGene Agent IP, BeiGene Technology Platform IP or Compound IP to BeiGene together with the right to file or own applications for any Patent and any Patent issuing thereon.

  • We are not granting you any right, license or authorization with respect to the Harmony Agent IP except as we’ve specifically provided in Section 2 above.
