Agent group definition

Agent group means an Agent mem- ber of the Facility consisting of a group of central credit unions, one of which is designated as the group’s Agent group representative and author- ized to transact business with the Fa- cility on behalf of the group or any member of the group.

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.
