Agent capacity definition

Agent capacity means all other instances of dealing
Agent capacity means all other instances of dealing executing orders on behalf of clients as defined in Article 4(1)(5) that do not fall under the definitions in Article 4(1)(6) and 4(1)(38) of Directive 2014/65/EU.

Related to Agent capacity
