AGENCY STATEMENT. Auctioneer represents Seller as a Seller’s agent and will not be an agent for buyers of real estate. A seller’s agent performs all brokerage activities in the best interests of the Seller. Further, Auctioneer will never act as a Dual Agent representing both parties in a transaction. “In-company” or “in-house” sales (with an unrepresented buyer) only result in a transactional relationship with buyer if required by law. Auctioneer may perform ministerial acts to assist an unrepresented buyer to bring the transaction to close without any agency relationship and will provide disclosure of same to buyer as required by law.
