Agency Material definition

Agency Material means any data or information provided by the Agency, its Authorized Users or Exam Candidates as part of the Examination process, or created through the Agency’s utilization of the NASCLA Software, and includes all Candidate personal data and Exam Results or other materials proprietary to the Agency provided to NASCLA.
