Agency Lines definition

Agency Lines means any mortgage warehousing or mortgage repurchase facilities, entered into by any Person in Guarantor’s Consolidated Group in connection with such Person’s placing Mortgage Loans under a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac or FHA program in the ordinary course of such Person’s business, from an institutional lender or institutional repurchasing agreement counterparty, requiring committed take-outs within ninety (90) days from an original advance against, or purchase of, a particular Mortgage Loan, from qualified investors including, without limitation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae.
Agency Lines means mortgage warehousing or mortgage repurchase facilities, pursuant to this Agreement or with other institutional lenders or institutional repurchase counterparties, pursuant to which Investors shall have entered into Unconditional Purchase Commitments with respect to the underlying mortgage loans, entered into by the Borrower in the ordinary course of business.

Examples of Agency Lines in a sentence

  • At the end of each Test Period while any Commitment remain outstanding, Guarantor’s Consolidated Group shall maintain its ratio of Recourse Debt (excluding any Recourse Debt under any Agency Lines) to Tangible Net Worth (Excluding Agency Lines) to not more than 3.00 to 1.00.

  • At the end of each Test Period while any Commitment remain outstanding, Guarantor’s Consolidated Group shall maintain its ratio of Guarantor’s Debt (Excluding Agency Lines) to Tangible Net Worth (Excluding Agency Lines) to not more than 4.00 to 1.00.

  • The Borrower agrees to not permit or suffer, at any time, the aggregate amount of unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents held by the Borrower (on a consolidated basis with its Subsidiaries) to be less than the greater of (a) an amount sufficient to satisfy the liquidity requirements of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae’s DUS Program, or, if applicable, of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac; (b) $3,500,000 or (c) the amount required for any other Agency Lines.
