Agency Functions definition

Agency Functions means the functions performed by Pakistan Post Office as an Agent on behalf of Federal, Provincial Government and autonomous/ corporate entities;
Agency Functions means any activities carried out by the Commissioners, whether under legislative authority or otherwise, on behalf of another organisation and in respect of which the powers required to control those activities are not derived from the customs and excise Acts;
Agency Functions means business activities associated with the Marketing of Regulated Product.
