Agency Decision definition

Agency Decision means an Authority decision or action in which the substantial interests of a party are determined.
Agency Decision means any decision of the Division made as the result of a dispositional review and which is not a final agency decision.
Agency Decision means an official Bureau decision assessing a civil penalty. A ruling which disposes of a request for a contested case hearing for the Bureau to review the legitimacy of a penalty is a Final Agency Decision unless otherwise indicated in the ruling.
