AGE Equipment definition
AGE Equipment means any Equipment owned, leased, licensed or otherwise obtained (in whole or in part) by AGE or AGE Agents and used by BETA or BETA Agents in performing the Services pursuant to this Agreement.

BETA shall promptly pay for all services, materials, equipment and labor used by BETA in providing the Services and BETA shall keep AGE’s premises, AGE Equipment, AGE Software and AGE Tools free of all liens.
BETA shall not sell, remove or otherwise dispose of any property of AGE, including AGE Equipment, without AGE’s consent.
In no event shall BETA sell, remove or otherwise dispose of any property of AGE, including AGE Equipment, without AGE’s consent.
