DCYF or the “Division” means the Department of Health and Human Services’ Division for Children, Youth and Families.
Anniversary Year The one-year period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first anniversary thereof, and each subsequent one-year period beginning on the day after the end of the preceding Anniversary Year and ending on next succeeding anniversary of the Closing Date.
Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
First Target Distribution means $0.4025 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.4025 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is the number of days in such period, and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.
Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
TARGET2 Day means a day that TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro.
Quarterly Dates means the last Business Day of March, June, September and December in each year, the first of which shall be the first such day after the date hereof.
Second Target Distribution means $0.4375 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.4375 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is equal to the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.
SECOND The address of the registered office of the Corporation in the State of Delaware is 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx of New Castle, 19801. The name of its registered agent at that address is The Corporation Trust Company.
Trigger Level means with respect to an Index, the level specified as such in Annex 1 with respect to such Index
Marriage and family therapy means the assessment and treatment of mental and emotional disorders, whether cognitive, affective, or behavioral, within the context of marriage and family systems. Marriage and family therapy involves the application of psycho‑therapeutic and family systems theories and techniques in the delivery of services to individuals, couples, and families for the purpose of treating diagnosed emotional, mental, behavioral, or addictive disorders.
Third Target Distribution means $0.5250 per Unit per Quarter (or, with respect to the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on September 30, 2005, it means the product of $0.5250 multiplied by a fraction of which the numerator is equal to the number of days in such period and of which the denominator is 92), subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 6.6 and Section 6.9.
Auto-Call Trigger Level means the level set out below for the relevant Auto-Call Valuation Date (i.e. as shown in the same row as that date):
Hire Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Marriage and family therapist means a marriage and family therapist licensed by the board to practice marriage and family therapy as defined in division (G) of section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.
Target Distribution means each of the Minimum Quarterly Distribution, the First Target Distribution, Second Target Distribution and Third Target Distribution.
Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.
Anniversary Each anniversary of the Cut-off Date.
Policy Anniversary means the annual anniversary of the Date of Commencement of Risk;
Continuing competence means a requirement, as a condition of license renewal, to provide evidence of participation in, and/or completion of, educational and professional activities relevant to practice or area of work.
Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.
Start means the relevant Compounded Index value on the day falling the Relevant Number of Index Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period.
Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example
Bullet means a geometric symbol that precedes each statement in a list of statements. For purposes of this sec- tion, the bullet style is limited to solid squares or solid circles, in the format set forth in paragraph (d)(4) of this sec- tion.
Cultural Competence means a set of congruent practice skills, behaviors, attitudes and policies in a system, agency or among those persons providing services that enables that system, agency, or those persons providing services to work effectively in a cross-cultural situations. CONTRACTOR shall have a written policy and procedure that ensure organizational and individual compliance by its staff and providers.
Parties to a Traineeship Scheme means the employer organisation and/or the employer and the union involved in the consultation and negotiation required for the approval of a traineeship scheme.
