AGE AND definition

AGE AND. SEX If a date of birth or sex has been misstated, any amount payable will be adjusted to conform to the correct date of birth and sex. CONTRACT YEARS Contract years, quarters and anniversaries are measured from the Contract Date. REPORTS During the Accumulation Period, We will send a report to the Owner at least once each year. It will show the activity that occurred during the year and the value of the Contract as of the date of the report. CONTRACT PAYMENT All payments from the Fixed Account will be paid in one sum unless otherwise elected under the Annuity Provisions of this Contract. We have the right to postpone payments and transfers from the Fixed Account for up to six months. All payments and transfers from the Subaccounts will be processed as provided in this Contract unless one of the following situations exist:
AGE AND. SEX If the insured's age or sex on the Date of Policy is not correct., as shown on page 3, we will adjust the benefits under this policy. If the insured dies before a correction is made, the adjusted benefits will be the amounts bought by the monthly deduction just before the date of death, based on the correct age and sex. Otherwise we will recompute the value of the Cash Value by taking out the monthly cost of term insurance for the life of the policy, using the level of benefits bought by the monthly deduct ion just before we learned the correct age and sex. NONPARTICIPATION This policy is not eligible for dividends; it does not participate in any distribution of our surplus.
AGE AND. CONDITION The subject property was built in 1985/86 reflecting an actual age of eleven/twelve years. The property has been well maintained and reflects an effective age equal to that of its actual age of about eleven years. SITE AREA The subject site has an irregular shape and contains a total of 33.11 acres. DEFERRED MAINTENANCE The subject improvements are in good condition overall; however, some deferred maintenance was noted upon inspection such as roof replacement, gutter installation, carpet and appliance replacement, pool/jacuzzi repair, and landscaping. Based on estimations of the property manager and further discussions with regional management, the cost to cure the deferred maintenance is $249,152 as outlined below.
