AG Group definition

AG Group means William Berkman, Berkman Family Investments, LLC, Scott Bruce, Richard Goldstein and their Permitted Transferees (as defined in the Shareholders Agreement).
AG Group means Brilliant AG and any subsidiary or subsidiary undertaking of Brilliant AG.
AG Group will mean AG Telecom, AG Parent and each Affiliate of AG Parent that executes and delivers an Additional Agreement, and "member of the AG Group" will mean any one of them.

  • This contract does not regulate Service provisions from QI AG Group to IFAG Group.
