AG Content definition

AG Content means Content and other Copyrights owned or licensed and used by AG as of the Effective Time or subsequently, including, without limitation, that which is identified on Schedule 1.3.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.
