After Hours Charge means the charge, per use, to be paid by a user of the Facility when an emergency situation has arisen, to the satisfaction of the CRD, and access is needed outside of normal business hours in accordance with this bylaw.

Examples of After Hours Charge in a sentence

  • Tenant will pay Landlord the HVAC After Hours Charge (as defined in the Basic Lease Provisions) for HVAC beyond the Building Hours.

  • The HVAC After Hours Charge is subject to increase from time to time to reflect the increase in the cost of providing such after hours HVAC service.

  • The After- Hours Charge will be applied when services are provided “outside of regular business hours” which is defined as 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M Central Prevailing Time Monday through Friday and all hours on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

  • The After Hours Charge shall be as follows: $25 per hour during the first five years of the Lease Term; the lesser of $30 per hour or the Building promulgated per hour rate for overtime HVAC then in effect during the next five years of the Lease Term; and during any renewal Lease Term, a per hour charge not in excess of market charges for comparable buildings in Boca Raton, Florida.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, during the summer season of each Lease Year during the Term, the HVAC After Hours Charge shall be reduced to $20.00 per hour per zone, subject to section 17b of the Lease for the first 120 hours of after hours air conditioning requested by Tenant.

  • The current After Hours Charge is Twenty-Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($27.00) per hour per zone, which rate Landlord may increase only due to actual increases in Landlord’s maintenance or utility costs.

  • Sales Charge and "Dealer Commission" apply only to the Load Funds and the CDSC Funds. All commissions and concessions are subject to change without notice by us and will comply with any changes in regulatory requirements. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Prospectus or by us in writing.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
