after due inquiry means a diligent review of this Agreement and the Disclosure Letter by the Insiders and an inquiry by the Insiders of (i) the plant managers in Ashland, Ohio and Boone, Iowa, respectively, and (ii) the National Office Department Heads, each of whom shall also have reviewed the Purchase Agreement and the Disclosure Letter. To the extent such inquiry and review reveal matters which are the subject of the disclosures contained in the Agreement and Disclosure Letter, the inquiry reflects the considered opinion of such individuals of the necessity for making further inquiry or amending or modifying the Agreement and Disclosure Letter.
