AFT Service definition

AFT Service means an alternative form of Transportation Service to a Full Forward Haul Service.

AFT Service means the service provided by Financial Institution’s Agent on behalf of the Financial Institution from time to time, and accessed through the Internet, that allows the Depositor to input AFT Records or upload AFT Files in respect of AFT Service Transactions processed pursuant to the AFT Transaction Agreements.

Examples of AFT Service in a sentence

  • AFT Service Information may be removed from the AFT Service without prior notice to the Depositor, Administrator, or User.

  • If the Financial Institution exercises this right, the Depositor or User will be notified via the AFT Service that the AFT Service Transaction is under review.

  • Notwithstanding any such termination of this Agreement, the provisions of the CPA Rules and the indemnification provisions in this Agreement shall continue to remain in full force and effect with respect to any AFT Service Transaction or other obligation of the Financial Institution in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement prior to the day upon which such termination takes effect.

  • The Financial Institution may place a hold on all or some of the Accounts pending investigation of any improper use of the AFT Service.

  • Once the Depositor and any required Users have logged on to the AFT Service using the requisite Password and Multi-factor Authentication and has Released the AFT Record, uploaded the AFT File, or authorized the upload of the AFT File, such shall become an AFT Service Transaction.

  • If the Depositor uses the AFT Service after the effective date of an amendment to this Agreement, it will mean that the Depositor agrees to the amendment and adopts and is bound by the newer version of this Agreement.

  • There are no representations or warranties made by the Financial Institution to the Depositor concerning the AFT Service except for the representations, warranties, and obligations of the Financial Institution as expressly set out in this Agreement.

  • The information required by the Financial Institution will include, but is not limited to, the name of each External Account Holder, the name and branch or office of each Processing CPA Member, the type and number of such External Account, and the dates and amounts of AFT Service Transactions to be debited from or credited to such External Account for payment to the Depositor or External Account Holder, as the case may be.

  • The Depositor further acknowledges, and shall ensure that each Administrator and User acknowledges, that to reduce the risk of unapproved access to the AFT Service through the Access Terminal, he or she will sign out of the AFT Service and, where applicable, close the browser when finished.

  • If, to the satisfaction of the Financial Institution, any improper use is established, the Financial Institution can withdraw or suspend the AFT Service, if applicable, and further suspend operation of the Account without notice.
