AFT File definition
AFT File means a data file containing the information necessary to process Pre- authorized Debit or Direct Deposit, including, but not limited to, information about the Payor or Payee associated with that particular AFT File.

Once the Depositor and any required Users have logged on to the AFT Service using the requisite Password and Multi-factor Authentication and has Released the AFT Record, uploaded the AFT File, or authorized the upload of the AFT File, such shall become an AFT Service Transaction.
