AFT Agreement means the Financial Administration Complementary Services Agreement, dated July 28, 2005, between the AFT and the MTT, as amended from time to time, and any other similar financial administration complementary services agreements between the AFT and the MTT or any other Governmental Authority, entered into from time to time after the Issue Date.
