Examples of AFSCME Unit in a sentence

  • Employees injured on the job who cannot be re-employed in an AFSCME Unit 6 position may be given temporary assignments in non-union positions without jeopardizing their union status.

  • Employees injured on the job who cannot be re-employed in an AFSCME Unit 7 position may be given temporary assignments in non-union positions without jeopardizing their union status.

  • AFSCME Unit 4 employees who are represented by Local 3260 may request to cash out up to 40 hours of their accumulated vacation time each fiscal year.

  • AFSCME Unit 7 employees who are represented by Local 3801 and Local 3937 may request to cash out up to 40 hours of their accumulated vacation time each fiscal year.

  • For the life of this Agreement, AFSCME Unit 6 employees who are represented by Local 3801 may request to cash out up to 40 hours of their accumulated vacation time each year.

  • Such preference shall apply only after members of AFSCME Unit A have been considered but before other on campus or off campus employees are considered.

  • Should any official or representative of the Local Union accept the position of AFSCME Council 8 or the AFSCME Unit International Union Staff, he/she shall be granted an indefinite leave of absence with seniority to continue to accumulate for a period of one (1) year.

  • Employees who are members in good standing (Article 1) shall be given preference for appointments to benefitted positions in AFSCME Unit A.

  • Should any official or representative of the Local Union accept a position with AFSCME Council 8 or the AFSCME Unit International Union Staff, he/she shall be granted an indefinite leave of absence with seniority to continue to accumulate for a period of one (1) year.

  • For the life of the Agreement, AFSCME Unit 4 employees who are represented by Local 3260 may request to cash out up to 40 hours of their accumulated vacation time each fiscal year.
