AFS Service definition

AFS Service means Google’s AdSense for Search Service.
AFS Service means Google’s AdSense for Search service or any successor service thereto, [*]. 1.21 [*].

Examples of AFS Service in a sentence

  • Google’s obligation to make payments under this Section shall not commence until Google’s technical personnel provide written approval of Customer’s implementation of the AFS Service on each AFS Site, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service on any AFS Site added thereafter as permitted herein.

  • If selected on the Cover Page(s) of this Order Form, during the Services Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Google will provide Customer with AFS Ads through its AFS Service for display on the AFS Sites as permitted herein.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if Company terminates the delivery of Google’s Services to a Syndicated Property pursuant to the preceding sentence, Company must terminate the delivery of all Services to such Syndicated Property and Company may not terminate only the Search Services or the AFS Service without suspending all Services.

  • Customer may elect to implement the AFS Service as provided herein on Customer Desktop Applications that are approved by Google to access the AFS Service, and Customer agrees to maintain such implementation thereafter during the Term.

  • The contractor must plan, draw up, implement and follow up a documented Quality Assurance Plan, that takes into account all the conditions set forth in this specification and its annexes.

  • During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Google shall provide Customer with AFS Ads through its AFS Service for display on the AFS Sites as permitted herein.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the parties acknowledge and agree that this Section 6 shall apply only to the AdSense for Local Search Services provided in connection with the Local Search Services, and different terms and conditions may apply to any other AdSense Service, including, without limitation, any AdSense for Search (AFS) Service provided in connection with services provided by Google to Customer pursuant to this Rider.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service as provided herein on the AFS Sites upon the launch of the Desktop Portal, and to maintain such implementation thereafter during the Term.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Google will provide Customer with AFS Ads through its AFS Service for display on the AFS Sites as permitted herein.

Related to AFS Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Fixed wireless service means a telecommunications service that provides radio communication between fixed points.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Access Service means access to a local exchange network for the purpose of enabling a provider to originate or terminate telecommunication services within the local exchange. Except for end-user common line services, access service does not include access service to a person who is not a provider.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Self-service display means the open display or storage of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia in a manner that is physically accessible in any way to the general public without the assistance of the retailer or employee of the retailer and a direct person-to-person transfer between the purchaser and the retailer or employee of the retailer. A vending machine is a form of Self-Service Display.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Black Start Service means the capability of generating units to start without an outside electrical supply or the demonstrated ability of a generating unit with a high operating factor (subject to Transmission Provider concurrence) to automatically remain operating at reduced levels when disconnected from the grid.

  • Premium service means programming choices (such as movie Channels, pay-per-view programs, or video on demand) offered to Subscribers on a per-Channel, per-program or per- event basis.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • 800 service means a telecommunications service that:

  • Software as a Service or “SaaS” means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Distribution Service means the delivery of electricity to Customers by the Distribution Company.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
