AFS Client Application definition

AFS Client Application means a Client Application that accesses the AFS Services.
AFS Client Application means the Synacor, Inc. Toolbar that has been approved by Google to access the WebSearch Services and AFS Services, respectively, as approved by Google in writing from time to time during the Services Term.

  • No Property or AFS Client Application shall be comprised substantially of (a) pornographic, hate-related or violent content, or (b) other content that violates or encourages conduct that would violate (i) any applicable criminal Laws, (ii) any other applicable Laws, or(iii) any third-party rights in the geographic region in which such Property is located or primarily directed.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service on any AFS Site or AFS Client Application added thereafter as permitted herein.

  • Subject to terms and conditions of the Agreement applicable to Client Applications (including but not limited to Google’s Client Application Guidelines) and the terms and conditions of this Amendment Five, Google hereby approves the Client Application known as the “[*] Toolbar” (in the form made available as of the Amendment Five Effective Date at the URL set forth on Exhibit A) as a WebSearch Client Application and AFS Client Application.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service as provided herein on the AFS Sites and AFS Client Application in existence as of the date hereof within thirty (30) days of the Order Form Effective Date, and to maintain such implementation thereafter during the Services Term.

  • If selected on the cover page(s) of this Order Form, during the Services Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Google will provide Customer with advertisements (“AFS Ads”) through its AdSense for Search Service (the “AFS Service”) for display on the AFS Sites and AFS Client Application as permitted herein.

  • Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions9 Application Guidelines, the current form of which is attached as E xhibit H (“Application Guidelines”), as updated by Google from time to time; (b) Yahoo! is responsible for ensuring that each AFS Client Application complies with the Application Guidelines; and (c) Yahoo! must have the ability to enforce the requirements of the Application Guidelines with respect to each AFS Client Application.

  • Customer agrees to implement the AFS Service on any future AFS Site or AFS Client Application added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 16 hereof as provided in this Agreement.

Related to AFS Client Application

  • Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.

  • Customer Application means a software program that Customer creates or hosts using the Services.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.

  • Server Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) allows more than one user to Use the Runtime Product through any middle tier application(s), and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product. A Client Application installed in a Windows terminal server environment (e.g. Citrix or Microsoft Remote Desktop Platform) is a Server Application.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Electrostatic application means the application to a substrate of charged atomized paint droplets that are deposited by electrostatic attraction.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.
