AFS-Certificate definition
AFS-Certificate means the certificate issued to ships in conformity with the provisions of Annex 4 to the AFS Convention or, during the interim period, a certificate issued in accordance with the format laid down in Schedule 1 to these Regulations, when it is issued by the Maritime Administrator or by a recognised organisation;
AFS-Certificate means an International Anti-Fouling Systems Certificate issued in accordance with Regulation 2 of Annex 4 to the Convention, in the form as shown in Schedule 1;
AFS-Certificate means the certificate issued to ships in conformity with the provisions of Annex 4 to the AFS- Convention;

AFS-Certificate means the certificate issued to ships in conformity with the provisions of Annex 4 to the AFS Convention or, during the interim period, a certificate issued in accordance with the format laid down in Annex II to this Regulation, when it is issued by the administration of any Member State or by a recognised organisation acting on its behalf;
AFS-Certificate means an International Anti-fouling System Certificate;
AFS-Certificate means the certificate issued to ships inconformity with the provisions of By- Law and issued by the administration or by a recognized organization acting on its behalf;
AFS-Certificate means the certificate issued in accordance with Annex 4 to the Convention;
