African State definition

African State means any State which is, or which is qualified to become, a member of the African Union;
African State means any other country that is a member of the Organization of African Unity.
African State means any African country which has the status of an independent State;

  • Indigenous Peoples Plan or “IPP” means any of the plans prepared and carried out following the requirements of the Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework.
