AFRA definition

AFRA means average freight rate assessment published by the London Tanker Brokers’ Panel.
AFRA means the actual aggregate amount advanced to and outstanding from the Target Companies (including interest accrued but unpaid and capitalised interest) pursuant to the Shareholder Financing Agreements as at the Effective Time calculated and determined in accordance with Schedule 5.
