Affordable Rented Unit definition

Affordable Rented Unit means a unit of Affordable Housing let by a local authority or private registered provider of social housing to households who are eligible for social rented housing in accordance with the definition of affordable rented housing contained in Annex 2 to the NPPF (or any subsequent replacement or modification thereof) but for the avoidance of doubt must be at an affordable rent which is subject to rent controls that require:
Affordable Rented Unit means Affordable Housing to be let at an Affordable Rent;
Affordable Rented Unit means an Affordable Housing Unit let by the Registered

Affordable Rented Unit means rented housing let by an RSL to households who are eligible for social rented housing.
